As a Retail Shift Manager, youll help us maintain our high standards day after day. Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
• Create an environment where colleagues can succeed alongside you
• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
• Provide the best possible experience for customers on every visit

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
• Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to stay calm in any situation
• Passion to thrive as a key member of the Store Team
• A proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop themselves and store operations
