This role involves providing day-to-day HR support, managing employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee records. Salary: 32,000 to 38,000 plus benefits
Working Pattern: Full time, on site
We are working with a growing FMCG manufacturing business in North Yorkshire to recruit an HR Advisor to join their friendly, site-based HR team.
This is a hands‑on role where you will be visible on the shop floor, working closely with managers and employees and supporting the full employee lifecycle. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships and being part of a fast‑paced operational environment.
