Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Maintaining the recruitment and selection process
Oversee staff S&M training compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Posting job advertisements and managing applications.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Preparing offer letters and contracts.
Handling right-to-work checks and background screening.
Assisting with new employee inductions.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintaining and updating HR databases and personnel files.
Managing absence records, including sickness and holiday leave.
Ensuring compliance with GDPR regarding employee data.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Supporting payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.
Assisting with employee benefits, such as pensions and healthcare.
Handling expenses and reimbursement claims.
Ensuring company policies align with UK employment laws.
Assisting with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Keeping up to date with changes in HR legislation.
Training & Development:
Coordinating staff training sessions and maintaining training records.
Assisting with employee development programs.
General HR Support:
Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Supporting HR projects and initiatives.
Assistingin performance management processes.
Skills Required:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Knowledge of UK employment law.
Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
