Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We offer you a fully structured trainee programme with the aim of developing you into a top recruitment consultant and a future leader in the business. Starting with a base salary of £28,000, the role rises to £32,000 as a consultant, 25 days holiday, uncapped commission up to 40 %, unlimited holiday in management, personal development and more.

In this role you will learn how to manage your own recruitment business from scratch, handle lead generation, candidate selection, and the full recruitment project life‑cycle. You will work closely with directors and senior managers, gaining one‑to‑one training from the top performers in the company.
