• £28,000 base salary with OTE in year one of £65,000!

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Private Equity markets
• Establish and expand a network of high-quality candidates through proactive resourcing and relationship-building
• Engage in sales calls and client meetings to secure new roles
• Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates
• Utilising advanced tools and platforms to optimise sales and recruitment performance
• Constantly meet and exceed individual and team targets

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in sales or a customer-facing role
• Strong passion for hitting and exceeding targets while driving revenue
• Resilient mindset able to handle rejection and stay focused on goals
• Competitive and self-motivated with a drive to be the best
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and rapport-building skills
