In this role, you will manage payroll for around 200 staff, ensure accurate processing of payroll and address employee queries. Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with all aspects of the internal payroll for approximately 200 staff
  • Process fortnightly and monthly payrolls
  • Will answer staff payroll queries with confidence
  • Collate timesheet and attendance records
  • Calculate overtime and bonus payments
  • Calculate and process holidays and absence payments
  • Processing statutory payments
  • Manual calculations
  • Completing month end and year end reports
  • Making tax code changes and timely Tax & NI payments
  • Input new starters and leavers onto the in-house system
Qualifications And Skills
  • A minimum of two years experience in payroll
  • Basic accounts administration knowledge
  • Be able to work on own initiative to deadlines
  • Computer systems: Must be proficient in Excel
  • User of SAP or similar related software
