A leading independent organization in the built environment seeks an HR Manager to oversee all HR operations including employee relations, payroll, and recruitment. This role requires a strong HR background, ideally in a standalone capacity, with at least 3 years of management experience. As the HR Manager, you will be the go‑to person for all HR operations. This includes employee relations, onboarding, recruitment administration, payroll coordination, business partnering, and policy management. You will work closely with senior leadership, support managers with day‑to‑day people matters, and drive improvements across HR processes and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a hands‑on environment, and is comfortable influencing at senior level.
