We are actively recruiting for a highly organised and proactive full-time HR Assistant to become a foundational member of our Human Resources Department. This pivotal role serves as the lynchpin for key HR operations, primarily focusing on the complete, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and providing essential administrative support for staff performance management initiatives.
The HR Assistant will report directly to the HR Department leadership and the Managing Director, handling a diverse portfolio of tasks that ensure the smooth and compliant functioning of the organisation's human resources. This position is ideal for an individual seeking to develop a comprehensive understanding of HR in a dynamic healthcare setting, offering broad exposure to both strategic and administrative functions within a supportive team environment.
