A leading HR consultancy in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor. The role requires handling HR compliance documentation, providing legal and HR advice to clients, and conducting audits. Candidates should have at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification, and hold a valid driving license for travel. Your main responsibilities will be to continually ensure all HR / Employment Law documentation is fully compliant with current legislation and to ensure you provide the highest level of support for your clients. You will be responsible for the completion and return of your work to clients within a reasonable timescale (two weeks from visit date). To always portray a professional image throughout the course of your duties. To ensure that your knowledge is fully up to date through CPD.
