REWARD & BENEFITS MANAGER 📍 Hybrid - 3 days in-office | London

£71,000

We are working with a leading institution based in beautiful open planned offices in Southwest London.

You will be joining a growing organisation. The Reward & Benefits Manager will manage operational delivery of reward and benefits across the organisation and contribute to development of related solutions and strategy.

Reward
  • Lead operational delivery of the established pay and reward structures for the organisation.
  • Contribute to development of pay and reward solutions in line with the strategic goals of the organisation under the guidance of the Head of Reward and Benefits.
  • Revise, update, and maintain pay policies, processes, and procedures in line with developments to ensure consistent, fair and equitable practices across the group, and contribute to review of the same.
Benefits
  • Manage operation, renewal, central administration, and operational third-party relationships for the organisation-wide benefits-suite including (but not exclusively): Pensions, Life Assurance, Income Protection or similar insurance-based benefits; Private Medical Insurance; Cycle-to-work; Retail discounts; Financial well-being; EAP; Eye-care or similar. Any other benefits added to the suite periodically.
  • Manage and update promotional and related material for the reward and benefits suite through a variety of channels including social media, intranet, physical media distribution, newsletters or similar, and plan and deliver effective programmes to promote staff understanding and engagement.
  • Contribute to development of the benefits suite.
General
  • Provide advice, guidance, training and support to staff and managers on operation of the organisation's reward and benefits systems, processes, and policies.
  • Be first point of contact and response for staff and manager enquiries relating to reward and benefits matters, resolving queries expeditiously and accurately as needed.
  • Contribute to and support internal and external audit activity related to reward and benefits.
  • Lead on activity to obtain insight on staff engagement and preferences in relation to reward and benefits matters and ensure this is fed into related review activities.
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of the corporate Employee Value Proposition material in collaboration with colleagues in the schools and central communications teams.
  • Manage routine benchmarking of pay and benefits across all pay groups, and provide analysis and insight to support reviews of related strategy as directed.
  • Contribute to budget analysis and review of reward and benefits costs and predictions to support budget management activity.
Experience & Skills Required
  • CIPD Level 5 (Associate Diploma).
