Director of People
Salary: £56,000 to £70,000 per annum (incl. London weighting and dependent upon experience)
Our client is a highly successful and popular Catholic Sixth Form located on three sites in South East London. They specialise in meeting the needs of Sixth Form students and have an established track record of excellent examinations success. They have strong financial health and in 2023 were graded as a ‘Good with Outstanding features’ by Ofsted.
As Director of People, you’ll shape a progressive People Strategy grounded in Catholic values, fostering a supportive and empowering workplace. You’ll lead recruitment, talent development, CPD and wellbeing initiatives, while embedding staff engagement and advising senior leaders on best HR practices.
As a champion of coaching, mentoring and leadership development, you’ll drive equity, diversity and inclusion across the Sixth Forms. Our client seek an emotionally intelligent, values-driven leader with senior HR experience - ideally in education. Strategic insight, team leadership and strong communication skills are essential.
