A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Director specializing in Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending. The candidate will drive high-value transactions across the South of England with a focus on business development. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary package, including bonuses and pension. Ideal candidates will possess a tier-one bank background and a proven track record in closing significant deals.

- Originate and structure ABL across receivables, stock, and P&M.
- Lead high-value transactions from first meeting to sanction.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
Originate and structure true ABL across receivables, stock and P&M for mid-corporates (£25m–£100m turnover). Lead low-volume, high-ticket transactions (£30m–£50m+ facilities), from first meeting to sanction and first draw. Step into a warm, high-quality pipeline with overlap from a retiring senior originator across the South, South West and London.
- Tier-one bank background in IF/ABL origination (not property-led).
- Strong borrowing-base structuring across receivables, inventory and P&M, with clear credit fluency.
- Proven introducer ecosystem and track record closing big-ticket deals.
- Commercial judgement, clean execution, and senior stakeholder management.
- Tier-one platform with one of the strongest credit appetites in market for true ABL.
- Realistic, quality-over-volume targets and full support (structuring, underwriting, legal).
- Market-leading package, share in a growth story, and clear progression.
Hybrid: 2 days a week including client visits; hub access in Bristol, Southampton, London, Banbury.
South of England remit.
