Sales Specialist – Vascular Access Devices (Yorkshire & North East)

The company is a leading European MedTech manufacturer, known for high‑quality vascular access devices favoured by clinicians. They value their employees and boast a strong reputation for support and service.

As a Sales Specialist, you will sell vascular access devices to procurement and clinical end users across multiple hospital departments, driving new product adoption and commercial success.

Compensation:

  • Basic salary: £30,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus: £15,000
  • Hybrid car or car allowance of circa £600
  • Benefits: Pension, healthcare, laptop, mobile, 25 days holiday + stats + Full Benefits

Qualifications

  • Ideally an ex‑nurse with NHS sales experience.
  • OR, experience selling medical devices & consumables to clinical end users.
  • OR, a nurse with motivation to break into a sales role.
  • OR, a healthcare‑related graduate looking to break into medical sales.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, engaging personality.
  • Proactive with excellent networking skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.
