• Proven experience as a Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Hands-on expertise in delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing and owning delivery artefacts.
• Strong delivery expertise across a range of project types.
• Proven ability to manage and collaborate with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business transformation programmes from initiation to benefits realisation.
• Engage senior stakeholders and present updates in governance forums.
• Champion the use of delivery tools and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and develop Project Managers and resolve issues proactively.
• Foster a culture of accountability within the delivery team.
