Prospero Teaching is looking for a passionate, proactive and enthusiastic Class Teacher to support the learning of pupils in one of our inspirational Primary Schools in Sunderland from January on a full-time and long-term basis. - Plan and teach engaging and informative lessons that inspire pupils and enable all pupils to make progress regardless of their ability levels.
- Stretch and challenge the learning and progress of all pupils.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and Teaching Assistants to create excellent learning environments.
- Manage challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive and consistent manner.
- Differentiate lessons to suit the needs and learning styles of all pupils.
- Use varied methods of assessment to monitor and report pupil progress.
- Display high levels of enthusiasm, energy and positivity when working with children.
- Work effectively with Teaching Assistants to ensure pupils receive the best possible educational experience.
- The role is based in an inspirational Primary School in Sunderland.
- Role may be across any age group from EYFS to Year 6, depending on experience, specialism and preference of the successful candidate.
- The school has an outstanding supportive culture and Leadership Team, with staff working as a team within classrooms to provide high standards of support to pupils.
- Pay: Between (Apply online only) per day
- Contract: Full-time until December with option to extend. Temporary Contract.

- An Enhanced DBS (ideally on the Update Service; a new DBS can be processed if needed)
- QTS and Primary School teaching experience within the UK.
- Experience of short, medium and long-term planning

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
