Requirements

The Year 2/3 Teacher (YR2/3) will have:

  • Experience teaching Year 2 or Year 3 — ideally both
  • Experience or comfort teaching mixed year groups across two key stages
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong behaviour management strategies
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a small team
  • Willingness to support the school in any areas where help is needed, such as extra-curricular activities and subject leadership
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
