Job summary
A childcare agency in Christchurch is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to provide cover in a nursery. The successful candidate must have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and strong behaviour management skills. The role involves supervising activities in a child-friendly environment, starting immediately with ongoing hours ranging from 7:30 am to 6 pm. Competitive pay is offered.

Qualified Nursery Practitioner - Christchurch. Prospero Teaching are looking for a Qualified Early Years Practitioner to provide cover in a nursery within the Christchurch area. The role will start immediately and involve helping to maintain a clean, tidy and child-friendly environment as well as supervising day-to-day activities within the nursery. The desired candidate is enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about the early years.

- Hours - 7.30/8/8.30am - 4/5/6pm (dependant on shifts)
- Pay - £13.09 - 14 per hour
- Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential
- You will need to have experience in a nursery setting either in a permanent or temporary role
- Up to date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months
- Strong Behaviour Management skills are necessary
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK
- Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
