Our Matford Green Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Exeter, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Casual Nursery Worker to join our team. You’ll be working to care for, support, share stories, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

What will you be doing:

  • Provide a positive role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained
  • Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervise and support children at all times
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Adhere to any updates to policies and procedures within the required timescale
  • Ensure practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Report any concerns or issues regarding policies or practices to your line manager
  • Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
  • Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
  • Attend regular staff and planning meetings and undertake training as required
