Level 2 and 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Area: Castle Bromwich

Hours: 15-30 hours per week

Role: Long term - possible permanent role

Aspire People is working with an excellent childcare provider seeking Nursery Practitioners for part-time or full-time roles at their Good-rated by Ofsted nursery in Castle Bromwich. The successful candidate must be dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic, and driven to provide young children with the best early years education and care, with a strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.

The role includes:

• Being a key person
• Delivering outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
• Planning and providing effective teaching and learning
• Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of children
• Communicating with colleagues and parents/carers to meet individual needs

Requirements:

• Level 2 or above qualifications in childcare or early years
• DBS on the update service or willingness to have a new one processed
• Paediatric First Aid certification or willingness to undergo a 2-day training course
• Comfortable with nappies if required
• Ability to provide two references, including one from the most recent employer
