Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of sales negotiators

Ensure outstanding service delivery to buyers and vendors
What They Are Looking For:
Proven estate agency experience in a senior or managerial role
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Strong knowledge of the Oxfordshire property market
Previous experience mentoring junior team members
