Yourfocus is to promote the purchase of high-quality lighting products—including lighting, lighting controls, and luminaires—while actively creating demand through strategic project hunting.
Key sectors include Education, Healthcare, Local Authorities, MOD, and MOJ.
You’llbe responsible for influencing decision-makers such as ME contractors, consultants/specifiers, architects, localauthorities,healthcareand end users, ensuringproducts are specified andultimately deliveredvia theappropriate distributionchannels.
Develop andmaintainstrong relationships across your patch to drive specifications and close projectopportunities.
Collaborate closely with and support Lighting Designers, ensuringoptimalproduct solutions are offered and aligned with project requirements.
Consistently seek out new project opportunities and convert specifications into sales.

The ideal candidate will come from alighting background, particularly with experience inexternal sales.This role is well-suited for someone who may already be working withlighting contractors, installers, lighting designers, wholesalers, or as a drivensales professionaleager to transition into thespecificationside of the industry.
Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships with both consultants and end users.
Ideally has a working knowledge of the project sales process, and some exposure to sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Local Authorities, MOD, and MOJ.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence specifications and secure project wins.
Someone with ambition and drive, on an upward trajectory in their career, and open to learning and development—both personally and in growing the potential of the sales patch.

£30,000- £35,000, up to 20% bonus, 23 days Holiday + bank holidays, Pension
£50k - £60k Basic, £60k - £70k OTE, Commission earned off every order placed on the territory, fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop, contributory pension, 25 days holiday + bank Holidays
