• Provide outstanding occupational therapy care to patients on acute medical wards
• Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs and capabilities
• Facilitate and plan effective discharge processes to support patient transitions
• Monitor patient progress and adapt goals as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
• Deliver education and support to patients and their families to empower them in their care

• A degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within the NHS
• Registered with the HCPC with a proven record of acute medical experience in a similar role
