We are looking to appoint a highly organised and dedicated individual to work as a Medical & Administration Officer. We are seeking a dedicated Medical and Administration Officer to join our team and provide essential health support within our secondary school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about student welfare and enjoys working in a busy, caring setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer first aid to pupils and staff as required.
  • Support students with ongoing medical needs and ensure their Health Care Plans are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records of medical incidents and treatments.
  • Liaise with parents, staff and external health professionals when necessary.
  • Promote a safe and healthy school environment.
Requirements
  • First Aid qualification.
  • Experience administering medication.
  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational or healthcare setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.
