Job summary
A global consulting firm is seeking an experienced individual to lead their Mercer Marsh Benefits team in Hong Kong. You will manage recruitment, drive new business growth, and engage with clients while collaborating with senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years in employee benefits sales, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English and Cantonese. This hybrid role emphasizes team leadership and strategic market positioning to ensure success in a complex environment.

Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of employee benefits brokerage or consulting sales experience in Hong Kong.
- Holder of relevant Hong Kong insurance licenses (Paper I, II, III preferred).
- Proven personal and team track record of winning large, complex new business.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrix environments.
- Deep knowledge of Hong Kong group medical, life, and disability programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of the Hong Kong MMB sales team.
- Deliver and exceed annual new business targets for MMB in Hong Kong.
- Take ownership of opportunity data accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a senior MMB ambassador in the market.
- Develop MMB Sales Strategy for Hong Kong.
