A leading engineering firm is looking for a Food and Beverage Sales Director to lead the generation of profitable new business. You will manage a strong pipeline of project opportunities, build relationships across industries, and lead complex tenders to success. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales leadership background in engineering or construction, as well as a proven track record of winning high-value bids. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with our operational teams, you will lead the generation of profitable new business for adi Food & Beverage. You will shape our pipeline, build influential industry relationships, lead compelling tender submissions, and ensure seamless project handovers that set our teams up for success.
