A leading healthcare organization in the UK is seeking an HR Assistant to provide strong administrative and operational support to the HR function. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll processing, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, knowledge of UK employment law, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers fully remote working opportunities.
To provide strong administrative and operational support to the HR function, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee record maintenance, benefits administration, payroll liaison, and assisting with HR compliance.
