Overview

An exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity has arisen for a highly driven and motivated individual to become part of the Medical Workforce department at one of the largest and most prestigious NHS organisations.

Responsibilities
  • The post holder will provide specialist expert advice for Doctors, Consultants and Dentists on pay, contracts and HR policies.
  • The post holder will be responsible for processing all transactional HR changes for this staff group, including terminations, hours changes and fixed term contract extensions.
  • The post holder will also be responsible for completing ID checks as necessary, in addition to attending the monthly Junior Doctor Induction day with the Medical HR Team.
  • Further administrative tasks include writing confirmation of employment letters, and writing and issuing employment contracts to the Junior Doctor Trainees.
