A leading financial services company in Glasgow is seeking an Employment Law & HR Officer for a 12-month role. You will deliver employment law and HR support to clients, providing advice via telephone and assisting with disciplinary processes. Candidates should have strong research skills, a knack for communication, and ideally be working towards a qualification in employment law or HR. Join us as an Employment Law & HR Officer
We’ll be looking to you to provide employment law and HR advice and guidance. You’ll identify opportunities to meet the needs of your client through bespoke services, and you’ll generate referrals for additional consultancy and training services, generating income through cross sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
We’re looking for someone with strong research skills and experience in a HR and employment law role. Additionally, you’ll have the ability to deliver and advise on statutory processes and procedures, so good communication skills will be key.
If you already have a qualification in employment law, HR qualification, this would be an advantage, although this is not essential, as we’ll support you to obtain this while in your role.
