A growing HR consultancy is seeking an HR Officer for a 15-month maternity cover position in Huntingdon. The role involves providing HR support, managing employee relations cases, and contributing to various HR projects. Ideal candidates should have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, strong HR process knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • Experience within a fast-moving or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

What you'll do
  • Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and colleagues
  • Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters (e.g. absence, conduct, performance)
  • Supporting investigations and offering coaching to line managers
  • Contributing to employee engagement activities and wider HR projects
  • Being a visible HR presence across both factory and warehouse operations
