Duties of the Role:

1. Assist on the preparation, submission, and negotiation of planning applications and appeals.
2. Assist on site appraisals.
3. Undertake planning research.
4. Remain highly motivated and organised, with good interpersonal skills.

Candidate Requirements:

1. RTPI accredited degree/qualification in planning or a similar field of study.
2. Previous planning experience ideal, but not essential.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
