A fintech organization based in London is looking for a Sales Associate to support day-to-day client relationships and drive revenue growth. As our new Sales Associate, you will get the chance to assist our team with supporting day to day client relationships, administrative tasks, as well as managing internal stakeholder and collating input and data across various internal teams.
In this role you will get the chance to work in a highly collaborative environment, where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions as well as maintaining existing accounts.
We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have relevant educational background in either law, finance, business, economics or similar. It would be very beneficial if you have experience from a supporting and administrative role within a commercial department, preferably from the financial industry.
Preferably, you have good relationship management skills, and experience in dealing with global customers, and you possess the ability to build productive and quality working relationships to achieve goals. You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills allowing you to work well with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and you have an excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point.
As a person you are proactive and motivated, with an analytical and critical mindset. You are results-driven, have a strong sense of accountability and a desire to learn and evolve. Ideally, it excites you to be a part of a fast-paced working environment, and you should possess the ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly.
