Executive Assistant
65,000 - £75,000 (based on experience) + discretionary bonus + hybrid working (3 days per week in London office)
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Partner level Executive Assistant to join a prestigious global investment company in the West End. The Role
• Fast paced, high touch, complex, demanding and fun remit
• Supporting a Partner plus a small allocation of other executives
• Extensive and complex global diary management
• Coordinate global travel itineraries
• Arrange high volume of meetings with high profile clients and stakeholders
• Actively support on stakeholder and client engagement

You
• Experience in high profile global investment, tech or similar environment
• A passion for excellence, and pride in delivering exceptional EA support
• Demonstrable exposure to working for Senior Executives
• Strong academic background
• Polished and articulate communication skills
• Tech savvy with knowledge of a range of systems (MS Office, G Suite and many more applications)
• Able to work at a fast pace, and change priorities with ease
• A great team player, you will be an EA of the highest level while happy to help your teammates with no task being too small
