Maintenance Engineer à Grande-Bretagne

Technical Services Manager - Leading M&E Service Provider - South East London – up to 75K

One of the leading maintenance contractors is currently looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to work at a hospital based in South East London.

The role will be looking after a team of eight engineers and will be responsible for all day to day maintenance activities on site.

This will include, but is not limited to managing the planned and reactive maintenance schedules, attending client meetings, compiling reports, supervision of staff and managing sub-contractors.

The role will be working Monday to Friday, day shift and the hours are 8-5 and there will also be overtime and weekend work available as and when required.

The site is a busy site that requires an experienced manager who in emergencies is happy on the tools or dealing with paperwork.

The package is:

• Salary up to 75k based on experience
• 25 days holiday
• Pension

• Manage a team of eight engineers and be responsible for all day-to-day maintenance activities on site.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance schedules.
• Attend client meetings and compile reports.
• Supervise staff and manage sub-contractors.
• In emergencies, be on the tools or deal with paperwork as required.

• Fully electrically or mechanically qualified to C&G, HNC/HND Level
• Experience of working around critical systems and plant
• Experience of supervising engineering staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong compliance and health and safety understanding
• Experience or working in a hospital environment is preferred
• Able to obtain AP status on various disciplines
