• Resolving issues that may arise in production relating to the products.
• Contributing to the R&D RoadMap (Product Development Strategy).
• Working closely with customers and support team to resolve issues.
• Providing technical support and training to development and support team.
• Utilise use of Lean Thinking to eliminate waste from our processes and designs and make things simple.

Skills
