We are seeking a Planning and Logistics Manager responsible for coordinating production planning and logistics to ensure timely and complete deliveries. The role involves planning orders into the production schedule, liaising with third-party logistics providers, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring compliance with customs documentation for exports.

• Plan bulk/retail/oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate stock levels using Sage 200.
• Communicate with the Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock based on sales forecasts.
• Work with the Sales Department to forecast demand.
• Manage logistics companies to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Investigate customer delivery complaints.
• Prepare correct customs documentation for exports.
• Perform other duties as required by the business.

• Proficiency with Sage 200.
• Data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of BRC standards.
• Experience tracking KPIs such as Order in Time in Full, Warehouse GMP Audit, and Orders produced in time and in full.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
