Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Account Specialists/Agency Supervisors.
• Deliver regular business reviews to stakeholders.
• Understand payroll, billing, and debt management processes.
• Support a high-performance culture and manage employee turnover.
• Conduct monthly 1-1s to drive performance.
