The role of Export Coordinator – Ocean Logistics is to fully meet customers’ expectations for safe and efficient transport of their products to various worldwide destinations from the UK. You will join an established global company, take ownership of customer relationships, and ensure all business is implemented successfully with high-quality communication.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Using company in-house systems to complete export documentation and operational processes.
2. Organizing operational workflow to meet customer timeframes.
3. Communicating effectively with customers to obtain relevant information and meet their needs.
4. Ensuring legislative compliance in all areas.
5. Maintaining customer profiles and SOPs.
6. Resolving customer issues and escalating when support is needed.
7. Liaising with sub-contractors for carriage of goods worldwide.
8. Raising payable invoices to customers and overseas agents, monitoring financial profit and loss levels.
9. Completing all administration functions per company policies and procedures.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in export operations or a similar role, with skills including:

• Good communication skills
• Good organization and time management
• Commercial awareness
• Attention to detail
• IT literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Problem-solving skills
