Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee our Norwich warehouse and support high-quality, fast-paced events and experiential projects across the UK. This is a hands-on role combining team leadership, operational oversight, and logistics planning.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations: goods in/out, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and consumables
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock tracking, and kit preparation for projects
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for project deliveries, collections, and vehicle schedules
  • Lead, develop, and schedule warehouse and logistics teams
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Candidate requirements
  • Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics planning
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and process-focused approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in experiential, events, or project-based environments is a plus
  • Forklift licence and IOSH qualification desirable
Salary & Benefits
  • Up to £35,000 per year

Contract & Working Arrangements

Full-time, 8:30am - 5pm (37.5 hours/week). Hybrid working available occasionally. 11 month contract with scope to be made permanent.
