What you´ll do

Planning & Inventory Management:
  • Forecast demand and set replenishment plans
  • Manage inventory control and warehouse/order fulfilment
  • Own budget performance with a focus on OSMI and waste reduction
Sourcing & Procurement:
  • Collaborate with buyers and negotiate supplier contracts
  • Ensure product availability and supplier performance
Logistics Operations:
  • Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, transportation, and storage
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous goods regulations
Performance & Continuous Improvement:
  • Track KPIs, analyse budgets, and identify inefficiencies
  • Drive process improvements and cost optimization
  • Partner with SHE teams to maintain a zero-incident safety culture
  • Promote S-Q-D-I-C principles (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost)
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor logistics, facilities, and warehouse team
  • Align resources with business growth
  • Foster strong cross-functional communication

Core hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Full time site based.
