Our Employment, Skills and Enterprise business is seeking a dedicated individual to manage, develop, and support a caseload of customers. Your role will involve providing encouragement, training, brokerage, and coordinating activities such as development planning, effective monitoring, and guidance to ensure progression towards sustained employment.

As a Job Coach, you will build strong, collaborative relationships with customers, tailoring support to their needs. You will motivate, coach, and challenge them to fulfill their potential, enabling them to secure sustainable employment.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, based at our ideally located Birmingham City Centre office. The specific working hours are from to.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Experience in coaching and influencing, with a genuine passion to make a difference
• Knowledge of local job markets and the recruitment sector
• Eligibility for an enhanced DBS and BPSS pre-employment checks covering identity, employment history (minimum 3 years), nationality/immigration status, and criminal records
