An educational institution in the UK is seeking an Inclusion Coach to provide coaching and support to learners with diverse needs. The role involves developing strategies to enhance student achievement and collaboration with staff to promote engagement. Salary: £29,267 to £31,050 pro rata
£15,259 to £16,188 actual salary
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Inclusion Coach to join our fantastic ALS team, to provide coaching and additional support to a cohort of learners with a range of support needs on a one-to-one basis and group situations, with and without direct supervision.
You will develop specific strategies to support learner achievement, liaising with teaching and non-teaching staff to encourage learner motivation and engagement in their chosen area of study. You’ll contribute to the development of students’ literacy, communication, numeracy and study skills – as well as helping increase their levels of independence and social awareness in a range of settings.
