Skills

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Good level of IT skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Education

Maths & English at Level 2 or above

Teaching qualification at Level 3 (AET, PTTLS)

Assessors qualification at Level 3 (CAVA)

L4 sector qualification in the area you will be delivering
