Qualifications

• Hold GCSE in Maths and English A*‑C/9‑4 or equivalent.
• Hold a Level 3 qualification related to Education or SEND, or be willing to complete one within one year of employment.
• A PGCE or other recognised teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.

• Liaise to encourage learner motivation and engagement.
