Job summary
A leading recruitment agency seeks a motivated Legal Cashier for a permanent position in Liverpool. The role involves supporting financial processes, managing client records, and ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation. Ideal candidates will have experience in legal administration, strong attention to detail, and relevant IT skills, particularly with the Proclaim system. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 with a salary of £25,000 per annum.
Qualifications
- Experience in a legal administrative role is preferred.
- High accuracy in handling financial information is crucial.
- Strong IT skills and Proclaim software experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Set up new matters on the Proclaim system accurately.
- Process invoices ensuring all records are updated in a timely manner.
- Maintain client balance oversight and report discrepancies.
