Job summary
A prestigious law firm based in London is seeking an inaugural HR Manager to lead their HR operations. You will manage employee relations, advise on performance management, and support organizational change initiatives. This role requires over 5 years of HR management experience within a law firm and a CIPD qualification. The firm offers a competitive salary up to £100,000, along with fantastic employee benefits and a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the firm in London.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
- Team management responsibility for the London HR and Business Services teams.
- Handle complex employee relations matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Partner and management peers.
- Support organisational change and workforce planning.
- Drive opportunity & engagement initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits benchmarking and reviews.
- Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems.
