Paralegal

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our client's dynamic team in Diss, Norfolk. This role provides essential support to fee earners by managing administrative and legal tasks, including case management, document preparation, trial preparation, legal research, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively within the Paralegal Team to support fee earners in both Fast-Track and Serious Injury Teams.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties, including insurers, solicitors, medical providers, and courts.
  • Arrange medical appointments and chase reports and documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and handle incoming calls.
  • Assist in preparing schedules of loss and arranging e-signatures for documents.
  • Conduct legal research and participate in personal development training.
  • Support onboarding and training of new Paralegals.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
