• Experience in the file handing of disease claims is essential.
• Technical sign-off on litigated NIHL matters of £150K FA 250K HA is required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.

• Ensure compliance with benchmarks and quality of delivery.
• Review client complaints and resolve issues.
• Complete projects to improve operating practices.
