Family Law Legal Assistant – Social Care & Court Support
Job summary
A recruitment service provider is seeking a Legal Assistant specializing in Family Law. The role requires managing a significant caseload and providing legal support within a hybrid working environment. Candidates are expected to have knowledge of English law, excellent client care skills, and the ability to conduct legal research. An educational background in law or equivalent substantial experience is essential. This position is temporary and offers 36 working hours per week.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a legal environment, managing caseloads.
- Ability to provide clear and accurate legal advice.
- Experience conducting advocacy in court settings.
Responsibilities
- Manage legal files for civil and criminal litigation.
- Provide legal support and research for lawyers.
- Represent clients in court and during external meetings.
