Location Requirement: This role is based in Swansea, however, an initial training period will take place in Cardiff, so applicants must be able to commute there during the training phase.

We are looking for an organised and motivated Legal Assistant to provide general administrative and supportive duties within a busy legal environment. This role will involve a range of routine tasks to assist the wider team and ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling day‑to‑day administrative duties and general office tasks.
  • Managing correspondence, including emails, calls, and basic document handling.
  • Assisting with file organisation, record‑keeping, and routine case support.
  • Supporting fee‑earners and the wider team with general administrative tasks.
  • Helping coordinate appointments, schedules, and basic client‑related arrangements.

This would suit a recent Law Graduate, who is looking to gain industry experience and start their legal career.
