Job summary
A local recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Legal Officer with experience in Right to Buy to work with a Local Authority in Birmingham. The role, which is offered on an initial 3-month basis with potential for extension, allows for hybrid or remote working. Candidates should ideally have a law degree and experience in a local authority setting. Qualifications
- Experience with Right to Buy cases in accordance with all relevant legislative and procedural requirements.

Responsibilities
- Progress allocated Right to Buy cases in a timely, efficient manner.
- Prepare letters and emails to clients, keeping them informed.
- Draft Lease or Transfer documents and send out Legal Packs.
- Dealing with client queries and preparations for completions.
